Ihanteellinen ammattikäyttöön, tämä Valurautainen pinnoitettu induktiokeitinpannu on 1,8 litran tilavuudella, korkeudella 45 mm ja halkaisijalla 280 mm sopiva hauduttamiseen ja lämmittämiseen. Paksu alumiini mahdollistaa nopean ja tasaisen lämmönjakelun sekä pohjassa että sivuilla ilman ylikuumenemista missään vaiheessa. Ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu kahva on erittäin kestävä. Soveltuu kaikille lämmönlähteille, mukaan lukien induktio.
