Kuvaus

Friteeraus ammattikäyttöön Kitchen Line - 6 L Ihanteellinen ravintola-alan ammattilaisille, tämä Kitchen Line -sarjan ammattikäyttöön tarkoitettu friteerauslaite on varustettu 6 litran ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetulla altaalla, joka mahdollistaa suurien määrien ranskalaisten perunoiden valmistuksen. Valmistettu 18/0 ruostumattomasta teräksestä, se on erittäin kestävä ja luotettava. Lämpötila-alue on säädettävissä 50°C:sta 190°C:een. Öljyn laadun varmistamiseksi ja suojaamiseksi tässä friteerauslaitteessa on kylmä vyöhyke. Mitat ovat L 265 x S 430 x K 290 mm. Irrotettavan altaan ansiosta tämä friteerauslaite on helppo puhdistaa. Lisäksi se on varustettu irrotettavalla lämmityselementillä, jossa on automaattinen sammutustoiminto elementin poistamisen yhteydessä. Siinä on myös merkkivalo, joka osoittaa lämmityselementin toiminnan sekä ylikuumenemissuojalla varustettu turvatermostaatti. Lisäsuojan varmistamiseksi siinä on myös nollauspainike. Toimitetaan pitkävartisella korilla ja kannella.
