Friteuse Imbiss II

Tämä ammattikäyttöön tarkoitettu friteerauskeitin kahdella altaalla, jonka tilavuus on 8 litraa, on saksalaisen Bartscher-merkin valmistama.

Ihanteellinen ravintoloille, pikaruokapaikoille, panimoille tai muille laitoksille, jotka tarvitsevat kestävän ammattikäyttöön tarkoitetun friteerauskeittimen, jolla on suuri kypsennyskapasiteetti.


Sen kokonaan ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetun rakenteen ansiosta se on helppo puhdistaa ja takaa aina täydellisen hygienian. 


Lämpötilan osalta voit säätää sitä tarkasti ja kullekin altaalle erikseen ilman riskiä turvallisuuslämpötilan säätimen ansiosta, joka tarjoaa suojan ylikuumenemista vastaan. Sen tyhjennyshana on todellinen etu öljyn tyhjentämiseen ja suodattamiseen, mikä takaa säästöjä sekä rahassa että ajassa.


Kahdella erillisellä altaalla voit paistaa erilaisia tuotteita eri lämpötiloissa, vaatii kaksi pistorasiaa. 

Sähköinen friteerauskeitin on varustettu kylmällä vyöhykkeellä, mikä mahdollistaa paremman öljyn laadun säilyttämisen pidempään, koska altaaseen putoavat ruoat eivät pala eivätkä vahingoita öljyäsi.
