Cocotte Ronde Noire - 3,2L

Ideaali ammattikeittiöille, tämä Musta Pyöreä Cocotte on korkeudeltaan 120 mm ja halkaisijaltaan 205 mm. Siinä on tilavuus 3,2 litraa ja se on valmistettu korkealaatuisesta valurautamateriaalista tasaiselle lämmönjohtavuudelle ja -pidolle. Sisäänrakennetut kahvat tarjoavat erinomaisen kestävyyden ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu kansi. Tasainen lämmönjako ja erinomainen lämmön säilytys. Voidaan käyttää myös esillepanoon. Soveltuu kaikille liesille.

Huomio: Ruostumisen välttämiseksi on välttämätöntä käyttää rasvaa (sivellä tuote öljyllä ja laita uuniin 1 tunniksi 200°C).
