Ammattikäyttöön tarkoitettu induktioliesi IKF 72-2Z - 7200 W

Tämä ammattikäyttöön tarkoitettu induktioliesi IKF 72-2Z on ihanteellinen ravintola-alan ammattilaisille. Siinä on 4 erillistä keittoaluetta, mutta suuret induktioalueet voidaan myös käyttää erimuotoisille ja -kokoisille kattiloille ja pannuille. Lisäksi siinä on 9 tehotasoa ja 9 lämpötilatasoa.

Siinä on myös ohjelmoitava kelloajastin 0-99 minuutin välillä. Lisäksi siinä on erilaisia toimintoja, kuten kattilan tunnistus, taukotoiminto, ylikuumenemissuoja ja automaattinen sammutus. Optimaalisen turvallisuuden varmistamiseksi siinä on lukitusnäppäin ja merkkivalo toiminnoille käynnistys/sammutus, teho, lämpötila ja keittoajan kesto.

Valmistettu alumiinista ja muovista, siinä on SCHOTT CERAN® -lasipinta. Se on valmis asennettavaksi ja siinä on digitaalinäyttö sekä elektroninen ja kosketusohjaus.

Tämä asennettava keittolevy toimii 400 V:n jännitteellä ja se on kytkettävissä. Siinä on yhteensä 7200 W tehoa jaettuna 4 alueelle. Jokainen keittoalue on kytkettävissä 2:een suurella pinnalla. Toinen niistä on 4000 W:n tehoinen ja toinen 3000 W:n tehoinen.
