Valmistelutiski 2 ovea - 2 x GN 1/6 405 L

Ideaalinen ravintola-alan ammattilaisille, tämä Valmistelutiski on rakennettu kaupallisten huippuvaatimusten mukaisesti, nämä laitteet on varustettu tehokkaalla ilmajäähdytysjärjestelmällä, joka on ihanteellinen ruoan pilaantumisriskin vähentämiseen samalla säilyttäen niiden maun ja ravintoarvon. Jos aiot avata kaappisi hyvin usein, Polar U-Seriesin jäähdytysjärjestelmä pitää luotettavasti jatkuvan kylmän lämpötilan jopa 40°C:n ympäristölämpötiloissa.

Kestävä ja luotettava Polar U-Series 2-ovinen valmistelutiski mahdollistaa pizzojen, voileipien, wrap-ruokien ja paljon muun valmistelun yhdessä paikassa. Nopea pääsy gastronorm-alueelle, suurelle tiskille ja suurelle kääntyvälle valkoiselle leikkuulaudalle. Ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu ulkopinta ja eristetty kansi. Täysin automaattinen ohjaus ja jatkuva digitaalinäyttö. Toimitetaan 2 suurella hyllyllä (425mm x 538mm).

Vaikka voit sijoittaa GN-säiliöitä sisähyllyille, pääosasto ei ole suoraan yhteensopiva GN:n kanssa. Yläosa voi ottaa vastaan 12 GN 1/6 -säiliötä, mikä vastaa lähes 20 litraa säilytystilaa ylhäällä. Valmistelujääkaappi on suunniteltu toimimaan parhaiten kannen ollessa paikallaan. Palvelun päätyttyä kansi auttaa ylläpitämään lämpötilaa yksikössä kustannusten vähentämiseksi. Avoin valmistelutiski on myös saatavilla. Oikeilla tukijaloilla yläosa voi ottaa vastaan jopa GN 1/1 -säiliöt.
