Ideaalinen ammattikeittiöihin, tämä Saladette à Poser mahtuu 5 GN 1/4 -kokoa olevaa astiaa, joiden syvyys on 150 mm. Mitat L 1200 x S 335 x K 459 mm, joten voit säilyttää tuotteitasi viileänä.

Staattisen kylmän tyyppinen, siinä on digitaalisesti säädettävä lämpötila-alue 0°C:sta 10°C:een. Ohjaus on napilla ja elektroninen. Lisäksi tällä ammattikäyttöön tarkoitetulla salaatilla on erilaisia toimintoja, kuten automaattinen sulatus ja kondenssiveden haihtuminen.
