Ihanteellinen ravintola-alan ammattilaisille, tämä Aloittelijoiden veitsisetti kokinveitsellä 265 mm on suunniteltu käytettäväksi jokaisessa valmistus- ja tarjoiluvaiheessa. Settiin kuuluu myös laadukas nylonkotelo, jonka avulla voit säilyttää ja kuljettaa veitsisettiä turvallisesti ja helposti. Se on valmistettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä. Veitset ovat helppo teroittaa ja ne kestävät astianpesukonetta. Ne toimitetaan kestävässä nylonkotelossa.

Setti sisältää seuraavat osat: 1 Hygiplas luuton veitsi mustalla jäykällä 12,7 cm terällä - 1 Hygiplas musta kokinveitsi 26,5 cm - 1 Hygiplas musta kalanfileointiveitsi 15 cm - 1 Hygiplas musta keittiöveitsi 7,6 cm - 1 Hygiplas lasta muovisella kahvalla/ palettiveitsi 20 cm - 1 helppohoitoinen Vogue 13-osainen kotelointi, 1 Vogue muovinen kuorimaveitsi mustalla muovisella kahvalla, 1 Vogue 25,4 cm teräksinen teroituspuikko.
