Pizzugn Kompakt - 2 Rum

Idealisk för restaurangproffs, denna Kompakta Pizzugn med 2 Matrum låter dig baka flera pizzor med en diameter på maximalt 39 cm. Den har en botten av refraktära stenar för optimal tillagning och krispiga pizzor. Tillverkad i rostfritt stål 18/0, vilket garanterar hållbarhet och hållbarhet. Dess dörr med glas kan öppnas utan att stoppa tillagningen.

Dessutom är dess rum uppvärmda av tre effektiva värmeelement: ett upptill, ett nedtill och ett mellan de två rummen. Dessa kan justeras oberoende av 50°C till 350°C. Apparaten kan användas för att baka pizzor men också bröd, lasagne och andra typer av rätter. Kompakt, passar den perfekt för små kök eller foodtrucks.

Dessutom kan den funktionera i kontinuerligt läge eller med en timer. Timern kan ställas in upp till 120 minuter. När tiden är ute slutar den att värma. Slutligen har ugnen en nätkabel på cirka 1,7 m med jordad kontakt.
