Pizzugn Kompakt - 1 Matkammare

Denna Kompakta Pizzugn med 1 Matkammare är idealisk för restaurangproffs. Den gör det möjligt för dig att baka pizzor med en maximal diameter på 39 cm. Den har en botten av refraktära stenar som säkerställer optimal tillagning och krispiga pizzor. Denna apparat kan fungera i kontinuerligt läge eller med en justerbar timer upp till 120 minuter. När tiden är ute kommer ugnen att sluta värma.

Tillverkad av rostfritt stål AISI 430, den är både robust och hållbar. Den har en dörr med glas som kan öppnas utan att stoppa tillagningen. Kompakt, denna ugn är perfekt för små kök eller foodtrucks. Den kan användas för att baka pizzor, bröd, lasagne och andra typer av rätter.

Dessutom är dess kammare uppvärmd av två effektiva värmeelement: en på toppen och en på botten av kammaren. De kan justeras oberoende av varandra från 50°C till 350°C.

Till sist är ugnen utrustad med en nätkabel på cirka 1,7 m lång med jordad kontakt.
