Friteuse Imbiss II

Denna professionella fritös med dubbla tankar med en kapacitet på 8 liter är från det tyska märket Bartscher.

Perfekt för restauranger, snabbmatsställen, bryggerier eller andra etablissemang som behöver en robust proffsfritös med hög matlagningseffekt.


Tack vare sin rostfria design är den lätt att rengöra och ger alltid perfekt hygien. 


När det gäller temperaturen kan du kontrollera den noggrant och för varje tank separat, utan risk tack vare säkerhetstermostaten för överhettningsskydd. Dess avloppsventil är en verklig tillgång för att tömma och filtrera friteringsoljan, vilket garanterar dig besparingar både i pengar och tid.


Med sina två separata tankar kan du fritera olika produkter vid olika temperaturer, kräver två eluttag. 

Den elektriska fritösen har en kallzon, vilket gör att oljan håller bättre kvalitet längre eftersom maten som faller till botten av tanken inte bränns och därmed inte förstör din olja.
