Rökpistol

Perfekt för restaurangproffs, denna rökpistol i akryl ger en subtil träig smak till dina rätter utan eld eller värme. Den har en längd på 170 mm, en djup på 50 mm och en höjd på 150 mm. Pistolen levereras klar att användas med sågspån av två olika smaker: äppelsmak som ger röken en sötare smak, vanligtvis används för skinka, fågel och vilt; Hickory-smak som vanligtvis används för rökt nötkött, vilt och gris.

Rökpistolen levereras med: en bas i akryl, en slang att fästa på pistolens munstycke, 4 AA-batterier och 2 prover (14 g) av träspån (Hickory-trä och äppelträ).
