Med statisk kylning har den en justerbar digital temperaturintervall från 0°C till 10°C. Dess kontroll är både knapp- och elektronisk. Dessutom har denna professionella saladette olika funktioner som automatisk avfrostning och avdunstning av kondensvatten. Den har även en ljusindikator för på/av och en på/av-strömbrytare.
