Idealisk för restaurangproffs, denna Ovala Röda Gratinform är tillverkad av högkvalitativ gjutjärn för optimal värmeledning och värmehållning. Dess integrerade handtag ger den överlägsen hållbarhet. Den kan också användas för presentation. Passar alla brännare och har dimensionerna L 140 x B 195 x H 40 mm. Den har en kapacitet på 650 ml och rekommenderas inte för diskmaskin.

Observera: För att undvika rost är det nödvändigt med en culotte (olja produkten med en pensel och sätt den i ugnen i 1 timme vid 200°C).
